About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure complex work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Directly communicate between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.

  • Schedule repairs from work order requests.

  • Review data from work order reports to find out performance and progress status.

  • Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

  • Coordinate office and space allocation.

  • Present information to an internal department and large groups of employees.

  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in your work area without supervisory approval.

  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

  • Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Documentation and record keeping. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation associated with compliance activities, including permits, licenses, training records, and inspection reports.

  • Facilitate small jobs and projects.

  • Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicator and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

  • General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
