Overview

The Senior Customer Service Executive is responsible for the entire customer order processing and for the delivery services and shipping documents for customers in APAC countries and export markets (only for OEM products).

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily Customer Service support to business

  • Process orders from customers (PO) and orders for regional warehouses (DO).

  • Work with production planner and advise delivery date to customer and our regional sales personnel.

  • Monitor order processing status and ensure that orders are processed within the time frame.

  • Liaise with shipping personnel to ensure on time delivery of customers’

  • Communicate customer needs and expectation to the manufacturing team.

  • Oversee all customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.

  • Handle international transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation (mainly for OEM products).

  • Support to evaluate the costs of transportation, services and inventory when required.

  • Support to controls inventory levels.

  • Provide support to the sales, marketing, supply chain director when required .

Qualifications

  • At least a university degree/Diploma with 5 to 7 years experiences in customer service and logistic function in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to manage operations team to meet demanding customers requirement at times and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.

    Working Conditions: The normal working hour is 8:30am to 5:30pm.
