  1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the automation industry, with a proven track record in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sectors.

  2. Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or science-related discipline, such as Electrical Engineering or Controls/Process Engineering.

  3. Language Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.

  4. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, DCS 7, MS Office, Visio, MS Project, and Sales Force.

  5. Sales Motivation : Highly motivated in sales with a strong character to perform under pressure and meet tight sales schedules.

  6. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  7. Willingness to Travel : Must be willing and able to travel as required.
