About the role

This position is for a Project Engineer, an established professional in New Equipment Modernization responsible for project schedule updates, report documentation, and acts as the primary contact with customers. Resolves customer issues and escalates more complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Also ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized)in a timely manner.

  • Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.

  • Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.

  • Understands and communicates job schedule to all project team members to ensure timely completion of project.

  • Adjusts orders for any changes to the scope for moderate projects.

  • Manage Project and Controls

  • Attend to Meetings with customers, consultants, contractors, etc .

  • Paper documentation submission, approval, job site status,

  • Manage sub-contractors.

Requirements

We are looking for people who has excellent stakeholder management and experienced in project management. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management.

  • Preferably possesses certification such as Project Management certifications and Work at Height certifications

  • Experience in Office Skills (Excel) is desired to have
