Job Purpose and Impact
The Portfolio Analyst Cocoa & Chocolate will support the Portfolio Manager in managing the strategic portfolio of projects for the Cocoa & Chocolate business in APAC. In this role, you will be working together with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and management of the various projects to drive growth and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
Support Portfolio Manager in creating and managing a strategic portfolio of projects to drive the growth and profitability of the Cocoa & Chocolate business in APAC.
Validate and prioritize portfolio projects, monitor progress, ensure appropriate resource needs and manage the portfolio management dashboard.
Prepare portfolio reporting and review decks as required and ensuring high quality inputs from all stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration with other process stakeholders to deliver value from people, process, data and technology systems improvement, track development progress and business readiness efforts and identify value opportunities through optimization initiatives.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
Industry recognized certification in project portfolio management practices
Knowledge of and experience with process improvement practices
Experience in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement project management
Experience using project management and analytical tools
Experience in Cocoa & Chocolate preferred
Experience in project management, project delivery process and portfolio management
Experience working with cross-functional teams
