Key job responsibilities

As the Selection Program Manager, you are the subject matter expert for monitoring performance of our selection additions to the catalog, working with central teams to resolve defects impacting selection surfacing to customers, driving improvements to our selection performance in terms of conversion and discoverabilityas well as process improvement to streamline internal processes, key priorities will be:

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with both local and WW teams to align on selection growth objectives, driving consensus and action across technology, operations, and business domains.

  • Innovation & Impact: Pilot ideas and scale initiatives to unlock untapped opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Be the pivotal touch point for internal customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable growth plans.

  • Performance Excellence: Utilize your expertise in program management to set new benchmarks for selection expansion and growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
