Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for cross-functional management of specific product(s) or solution(s) through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L goals.

  • Uses technical and industry experience to formulate product/ solution strategies.

  • Works across functional areas to implement product/ solution strategies.

  • Analyzes markets to determine opportunities. Ensures offerings are defined to maximize profitability.

  • Evaluates and adjusts product strategies to respond to competition.

  • Works with product development leaders in engineering/ R&D teams to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented.

  • Develops and maintains the product roadmap. SME for internal and external product events, including analyst meetings, press interviews, sales training and partner meetings

Essential Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment. .to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities.

  • Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.

  • Expertise to oversee and drive products/ solutions through the phase release or solutions release process including business case and resource requirements.

  • Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product/ solution decisions to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other Marketing Product Consultants, BU Leaders and Engineering/ R&D leaders to align product strategies into comprehensive portfolios for the BU

  • Integrates deep subject matter expertise with:Industry experience,In-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise,Relevant related disciplines.

  • Develop complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in- depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.

  • Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals & builds consensus.

  • Ensures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers.

  • Directly interacts with cross-functional teams

  • Leads requirements gathering and management; provides advanced interpretation and recommendations

  • SME for external and internal product event

Desirable Requirements

  • Multicultural profile: able to understand necessities from other regions/countries. Desirable being fluent in at least one addl language than English

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
