Over-all Job Objectives:

  • The Senior / Production Operator is responsible in performing manufacturing operations with strict adherence to GMP and Integrated Management System policies.

  • Work closely with Supervisors and team mates to ensure product quantity and quality are always attained.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying out all manufacturing operations such as preparation of raw materials, packaging materials, packing of finished goods and transportation of finished goods.

  • Strictly adhere to GMP, food safety and workplace safety policies.

  • Ensure that goods produced are of the highest quality.

  • Prepare, operate and clean down equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the production area.

  • Carry out minor equipment maintenance tasks when required.

  • Fill up production forms.

  • Provide support for other areas of the business when required.

  • Follow Company safety policies, systems of work, procedures, signage and guidelines.

  • Attend training and to develop skill and knowledge.

  • Attend meeting when required.

  • Comply with Environmental Operational Control Work Instructions.

Job Specifications:

  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.

  • Motivated individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on delivering a quality product.

  • Reliable, tolerant, and determined.

  • Able to get on with others and be a team player but is equally comfortable working independently and unsupervised.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure all machine and product parameters conform to specifications.

  • Ensure machine and area under his responsibility comply to workplace safety policies of the company.

  • Ensure conformance to the standards of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Integrated Management System.

  • Ensure labels are placed accordingly.

  • Ensure product quantity and quality conforms to requirements.

  • Provide support for Sustainability Project

Competence Requirement:

  • Minimum secondary 4 education.

  • Ability to work on shift/ for extended hours.

  • Experience of working within a cGMP environment.

  • Mechanical skills will be considered an advantage.

  • Physically fit and sound.

  • Able to carry heavy weight.

  • Attention to detail.
