Work Location: Singapore, Gul Site

Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm (Monday to Friday)

How will you make an impact?

The impact you will have could be anything from delivering products that help a scientist discover a cure for cancer to helping a nurse care for a patient effectively because they have the right equipment.

What will you do?

  • Receive materials into the warehouse and/or purchase order, visual inspection and count to verify goods receive.

  • Perform search in JDE for storage availability and physically place goods in storage.

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation replated to the receipt, storage and distribution of materials.

  • Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs..

  • Perform inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory count.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level / ITE education

Experience

  • 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with ERP System is preferred

  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

  • Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required

  • Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
