About the Role:

As a CBRE Moves Associate, you will oversee the administrative assistance and implementation support of the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You’ll Do:

  • ·Manage office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings.

  • ·Ensure the team is following customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements.

  • ·Provide oversight on highly complex project documentation preparation. Maintain a checklist of tasks and relocation databases and review for inconsistencies.

  • ·Manage assets ordering – Add/Remove/Relocate

  • ·Prepare & attend MAC meetings with client.

  • ·Coordinate with vendors on securing proposals, and RFPs if needed.

  • ·Support in monitoring financials related to project assigned to the team, including ensuring purchase orders are available before the implementation of project.

  • ·Review invoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients for accuracy.

  • ·Resolve and troubleshoot escalated project commitments.

  • ·Supervision of works out of office hour when require.

  • ·Provide post-move on-site supervision with support teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • ·Diploma or Degree with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

  • ·A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

  • ·Able to read & process floor plan/drawings

  • ·Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • ·Knowledge and use of AutoCAD would be an added advantage.

  • ·Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • ·Experience in hands on role working within MAC & facilities environment.

  • Previous work experience in fast-paced multi-national environments
