WTW Lead Associate - Client Service in Singapore, Singapore

The Role

  • Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow-up on correspondences as well as deliver exceptional service to clients

  • Negotiate with insurers for coverage / pricing / placement to the satisfaction of clients

  • Keep abreast of changing market conditions and share information with clients where appropriate

  • Actively contribute and work with team in client retention / servicing of clients and business growth

  • Work with and support the team by managing day-to-day aspects on account management tasks, both new business and renewals, including billing transactional work, in-house system, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising with various WTW offices and external clients

  • Manages account concerns or issues encountered and successfully addresses small and complex problems in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues

  • Assess insurance needs and risk profile of client based on information given, negotiate with insurers on insurance program for clients

  • Management of Facility arrangement with panel insurers, maximize the revenue generated from the existing client base through continual analysis of client profitability and maximization of facility arrangement for both new and existing business

  • Ensure compliance with WTW best practices and MAS regulations

  • Performs other duties as assigned

The Requirements

  • Has the required insurance certification (CGI)

  • Possess analytical, organized and problem solving skills.

  • Highly motivated and proactive, willingness to learn.

  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
