Citigroup Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst in Singapore, Singapore
The Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management
Initiating interaction with the business and resolving service issues while fostering key relationships
Supports the engagement of Service Delivery matters to Asia Business Manager, O&T Heads, Tech CIOs and senior management. Drive productivity and optimization program with Application/Architecture Technology team and Platforms.
Infrastructure Spend and Financial Targets
Drive demand optimization with each Line of Business (LOB), across Asia and EMEA markets, right sizing infrastructure to ensure expense is aligned properly to demand.
Analyze and submit optimization analysis from financial perspective as input to Infrastructure Planning and Consumer Portfolio Manager.
Perform adhoc and trending reports on current consumption to outlook future state.
Manage the annual budget planning process with business stakeholders across region and countries
Manage delivery of demand optimization effort with the business to deliver savings target against financials
Partner with LOB to complete annual Infrastructure expense plan and reforecasts.
Partner with Client Financial Operations, Finance, Business Office to report on Actuals vs. Plan and supply financial analysis to the business.
Present financials to the business in Monthly Operating Report
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
