As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, recruitment support, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employee success. This role is work from home on Mondays and Fridays and office based Tuesday to Thursday.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with the onboarding process.

  • Process employee paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and other relevant documents.

  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding procedures.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings.

  • Manage benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and address employee concerns.

HR Records Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with job posting and advertising on various platforms.

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.

  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.

HR Reporting and Analysis:

  • Compile HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.

  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and diversity statistics.

  • Assist in analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.

Compliance and Legal Support:

  • Stay updated on local employment laws and regulations.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and MOM regulations in all HR practices and processes.

  • Support HR investigations and documentation related to employee relations issues.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
