Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning as the Hub Manager, you will play a meaningful role in bridging the gap between Sales and Operations to ensure efficient and effective material fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of and optimizing the Sales and Operations, Execution process, aligning Supply Chain, Business Unit Product Management, Commercial and Finance Teams with customer demand, and proactively addressing potential material risks.

This position requires a strong blend of strategic and critical thinking, leadership, and operational expertise. As a key member of the existing Supply Chain Planning team, you will also have the responsibility of leading a 2 Hub Planners and ensure directional alignment with Global demand trends as well as growing team's capabilities and career growth.

What will you do?

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Align the unconstrained demand forecast with internal team members and key leaders to arrive at a consensus forecast for execution.

Be responsible for the effort to implement and advocate for Hub SIOP: Design and own the initiatives and champion it across the division for South East Asia and Taiwan by being the main point of contact for any related queries or discussions.

Measure and Drive Hub metrics such as Inventory targets, DOS, E&O, Inventory turns etc.

Leader of all reporting, automation and PPI activities such as publication of APJ newsletter, drive OTTP PPI, encourage adoption of inventory entitlement, Kinaxis ,etc.

Lead a team of Hub planners. Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success. Responsible for hiring and training all hub Planners.

Develop bench strength (succession planning) and focus on employees engagement to improve the Employee Involvement Survey scores.

Filter /sieve out/ triangulate information to ensure that there is a single source of truth.

Agile setting to the ROP parameters to balance the metrics while supporting the overall business requirements.

Acts as the first contact point for urgent cases to relevant team members such as Finance Partners, Product Managers, Commercial Manager. In case of supply interruption and takes lead to raise shortages to relevant functions and align required steps.

Communicate constraints and allocations to the Business Unit Partners, Customer and Sales teams Sales Operating Procedure.

Drive gap allocation processes together with other regions and the site planning team for short term and long-term planning.

Lead the manual allocation process for everyday execution.

Drive the product segmentation and alignment with commercial to decide on the right supply chain setup.

Conduct the SIOP demand review meetings, bridge regional plan to regional financial plan.

Plan ramp up and ramp down scenarios for new product introductions and product discontinuation.

Support Global projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.

· 3-5 years people management experience required

· 10 years work experience in an MNC environment required.

· Technology: Demonstrated expertise in ERP/MRP Planning systems, including all relevant planning parameters such as inventory controls, replenishment, warehouse management and procurement functionality in ERP and best-of-breed software solutions is strongly preferred, with specific emphasis on SAP ECC, EWM and APO . Insight into and experience with systems, including ones that are useful for short-term planning processes and ones that facilitate collaboration with external team members. High proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).

· Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong planning/ purchasing systems knowledge. Solid understanding of concepts of inventory flow throughout the supply chain. (inventory management and distribution planning)

· Analysis: Data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, including business process metrics and measures linking to business Key Performance Indicators. Ability to develop and provide reports to satisfy ongoing inquires on inventory, capacity, and product availability.

· Written and Verbal Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate critical information across the organization, including listening to multiple viewpoints and assessing their relevance to the success of S&OE outcomes.

· Problem solving: Good problem solving and reasoning skills to optimally deal with problems varying in complexity relative to job level.

· Conflict management. Understands organizational "hot spots" and focuses diverse groups on common organizational outcomes. Fosters productive dialogue and manages high-tension situations with subtlety and tact to maintain credibility and influence.

· Result focused. Motivated to drive business results versus personal preferences, and in group achievement rather than individual achievement.

Additional Qualifications is preferred

· APICS certification.

· Proven experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry.

· Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification .
