WTW Graduate Analyst - Carrier Management - Singapore - Early Careers Intake 2024 in Singapore, Singapore

  • Developing an understanding of the insurance market businesses in the region by researching their appetites and capabilities, gaining insights into their strategic goals, and communicating these to the relevant stakeholders internally.

  • Assisting with delivering business development meetings with insurer partners in Asia.

  • Using internal financial dashboards to analyse trading data with the insurance market to deliver data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development of digital trading platforms that are being rolled out across Asia.

  • Project management of initiatives that aim to deliver operational efficiencies across APAC (Asia & Australasia).

  • Governance of any structured solutions across the region.

  • All duties and work activities shall be undertaken in accordance with WTW Corporate Policies and Compliance Framework.

  • Support initiatives in tandem with WTW’s growth plans.

  • Develop strong execution ability to manage time sensitive issues.

  • Demonstrate ability to apply judgement, initiative and lateral thought to problem solving.

  • Fresh graduates from recognized universities aspired to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry.

  • Required to complete SCI certificates (BCP, ComGI, PGI) within the stipulated timeline as per graduate programme.

  • Committed to work towards obtaining Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.

  • Great command in spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Ability (or being willing to learn) how to perform financial analysis from PowerBI dashboards.

  • Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills (external meetings required).

  • An impressive track record demonstrating strong leadership skills in school.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Independent and self-motivated individual who will consistently strive to deliver the best for WTW’s insurer partners.
