Description

The International emerging stores payments (IESP) team is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Director Payments – APAC, Cash and Digital payments team in Singapore.

Key job responsibilities

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing complex calendars, planning and organising events of all sizes, coordinating domestic and international travel, and managing regional project and business reporting communications. Additionally, this role requires an ambitious and curious individual who is business oriented and has superior learning agility.

Please note that this will be a 1 year contract role.

You will be highly organised, business literate, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. A successful candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

About the team

The International emerging stores payments (IESP)- APAC team’s aim is to provide customers and selling partners for the stores business in APAC with the differentiated, best in class payments experience while lowering overall cost of processing payment transactions. The team is also responsible for managing WW acceptance of cash products in both emerging and established countries as well as supporting payment experience improvements for customers of digital businesses worldwide.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Singapore, SGP

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience managing multiple calendars
