Role Objective:

The Director of Product Management will unlock our ability to scale and grow revenue in APAC region by enabling key commercialization activities including deal evaluation and qualification, regional product and competitive landscape assessment and identification of partnerships opportunities.

This role is an individual contributor role and reports to VP, global loyalty product management organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support APAC regional sales and GTM teams as a product and platform SME. This includes vetting and validation of capabilities to meet client requirements and informing our strategic roadmap.

• Support the creation and execution of regional GTM strategies for APAC market and focal segments (e.g., Retail) – this involves working with cross functional groups to build case studies, develop new sales enablement content etc.

• Provide local governance and expertise in platform pricing for RFI, RFP and qualified sales pipelines.

• Provide input to global product on regional client needs, emerging use cases and feature functionality required to unlock sales and strengthen right to win on key segments.

• Accountable for identification, qualification, and execution of APAC regional technology partnerships in collaboration with global product teams.

• Cooperate with other Asia Pacific loyalty Products Managers to identify cross sales and bundles opportunities

• Provide regular competition benchmark, Asia Pacific trends feedback and market updates to Asia Pacific leadership and Global product teams

All About You:

• 7-10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, management consulting, or marketing technology.

• Strong product management background preferably in Marketing Technology / Loyalty space

• Experience in building and executing GTM strategies at a vertical and country/regional level ideally in Asia Pacific markets

• Retail sector experience, ideally in driving loyalty strategy for top consumer brands

• Ability to successfully work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

• Passion for technology, strong personal interest in marketing technology landscape

• Strong analytical acumen, passion for data-centered solutions

• Growth-minded, result and KPI driven and strong sense of platform ownership

• Experienced in strategy and content development related to technology product enablement.
