Eligibility Criteria: Being a SG United Mid- Career Pathways Programme- All Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible with the exception of recent graduates.

Research, maintain and report on marketing data to aid management in determining marketing direction. Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence and presentation materials and reports. Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. Creation and implementation of customer journeys for Cisco solutions and products.

Job Qualification requirements. • Responsible for working with Content team to ensure the content tracker is updated for the journeys. • Making sure the asset tracker for paid media trafficking is correctly filled up as per the media plan. Ensure the correct tracking id’s are in place. • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required. • Responsible for sharing recommendations on overall journey improvement and leading conversations with content, csm and digital team for the monthly optimization calls. • Responsible for updating qbr, metrics deck for business review meetings for collaboration and IBN journey • Work closely with global OC lead for smooth execution of journey in apjc • Work closely with OCAT and content team to get approvals/share changes on email previews received by global team • Working with I&A team to get relevant insights for apjc journeys • Work with Personalization and team to get organic plans activated or optimized for journey improvement • Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.
