Danaher Corporation Continuous Improvement Leader (Lean/ DBS) in Singapore, Singapore

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as a change facilitator, developing and collaborating with the regional DBS Leaders, operations leadership in the inculcation of DBS and continuous improvement in Pall Singapore.

  • Partner closely with Production, Engineering, EHS&S, Quality, Facility & Equipment, etc to implement daily management and standard works.

  • Facilitate and lead trainings, bootcamps and Kaizens by leveraging DBS Fundamentals and Lean tools.

  • Lead and manage site Kaizen Funnel - establish methodological processes to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, plan and allocate resources for problem-solving and Kaizens to drive breakthrough improvements, sustain the improvements after completion of Kaizens.

  • Advance DBS maturity by collaborating with plant manager and cross-functional team leaders to identify candidates for Certified Practitioners (CP) and building established CP team to support site continuous improvements.

  • Drive Lean Conversions to advance manufacturing quality, efficiency and outputs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering related degree with more than 5 years of manufacturing operations experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Lean/DBS tools (Visual Daily Management, Standard Work, 5S, Lean Conversion, VSM, SMED etc)

  • Strong analytical skills - streamline and organize data into meaningful insights for problem-solving.

  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communications skills to influence and to drive positive changes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Being Certified Lean Tools practitioners. #LI-VK2
