What the day will look like

  • Assessment Development : Developing work simulation, situationaljudgment, personality, cognitive, and computer adaptive assessments.

  • Assessment Delivery : Conducting competency-based assessments(including but not limited to interviews, assessment centres, businesssimulation exercises) and writing reports based on the candidatesperformance

  • Assessment Interpretation : Interpreting or training clients to interpretpsychometric assessment results/reports

  • Assessment Validation : Designing, implementing, and analysing the resultsof construct, criterion-related, content, and synthetic validity studies.

  • Client Management : Independently managing project delivery by engagingwith multiple client stakeholders, managing key client relationships, andengaging in regular discussions with clients on deliverables.

  • Data Analysis : Performing data analyses using correlational and regressionmodels or interpreting results of data analyses

  • Research : Conducting literature reviews and developing thought leadershipon cutting-edge assessment practices and research findings

  • Leadership Responsibilities: Manage and/or guide junior consultants in anofficial/unofficial capacity

  • Client Value: Develops own and the team’s expertise to effectively meet client needs by problem solving distinctive solutions

  • Business Results: Promotes opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvement and revenue generation

  • Innovation: Understands and implements best practice in assessments

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Organidational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or Human Resource from a renowned university with a working understanding of current assessment methods, principles, guidelines and principles.

  • 10 years of relevant work experience, less experienced candidates will be considered at Senior Associate Consultant level

  • Experience conducting assessments for internal/external stakeholders

  • Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.

  • Interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, problem solving / analytical skills, statistical analysis, business acumen, strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Working understanding of assessment methodology and how to conduct competency-based assessments/deliver assessment feedback

  • Good understanding of the industry & awareness of the consulting business

  • Proficiency with MS Office and SPSS or any similar statistical analysis package

  • Will need to travel on client requirements

  • Will need to be flexible towards stretched working hours depending on project requirements.
