Position Title: Compliance, Quality and Progression Associate Director

Reporting To: Partner Liaison and Operations Director- Asia

Travel Requirement: 25% – 30% per annum

The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of global education as our Compliance, Quality and Progression Associate Director. You will play an integral part in supporting the establishment and management of business partnerships, underpinning Study Group's commitment to quality and compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, program quality, and student progression for our partner programmes. This role is one of three new senior positions supporting global business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and educate colleagues on compliance, regulatory changes, quality assurance, and student progression. Model excellence in partnership delivery.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners. Conduct training, maintain communication, and provide programme induction.

  • Assist in establishing and managing partnerships. Contribute to strategic direction implementation.

  • Lead compliance and quality assurance framework. Guide on standards, provide training, and monitor compliance.

  • Provide partner staff training on progression and welfare. Advise on student applications, manage articulation arrangements, and monitor welfare.

  • Build effective external and internal relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders, present information effectively, and translate complex concepts.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance, quality assurance, and progression. Support continuous improvement across operations and processes.

    Your Experience and Skills:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration or similar, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.

  • Certification in compliance and risk management is desirable.

  • Proven experience in:

  • Developing compliance frameworks and quality assurance systems.

  • Managing student progression and addressing at-risk student needs.

  • Cultivating and maintaining high-level partnership relationships.

  • Strategizing and implementing initiatives for excellence.

  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements in partner countries and the UK.

  • Familiarity with admissions processes, particularly UCAS.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Motivated, innovative, and adaptable, with a keen understanding of the international higher education landscape and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in other languages desirable.
