About the Role:

As a CBRE Compensation Consultant, you will provide advice, direction, and guidance on broadly defined compensation matters.

The Compensation Consultant’s primary function is to globally support all backend initiatives for the Total Rewards team.

This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area which focuses on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation and benefits programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Completing annual compensation surveys for APAC and EMEA,

  • Handle large employee data sets of 30k+ Providing support on survey analysis results and job matches,

  • Market pricing jobs in BetterComp,

  • Performing regulatory audits (i.e. Minimum Wage, Exemption Threshold, FLSA reviews) and other internal data audits (i.e. Locations Salary Plan; Global Job Architecture job attributes),

  • Data modeling and other types of compensation analysis,

  • Mandatory Statistical reporting for Federal, State, and Local compensation requests,

  • Work directly with other compensation analysts to provide support as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-8 years of relevant compensation experience and preferably in large multinational corporation. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Flexible to support partial US hours daily
