This position will provide you the opportunity to be exposed to the Compensation & Benefits portfolio across countries in the ASEAN & Australia region. This challenging role will offer you the opportunity to develop and deploy Compensation and benefits programs across the region.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Contributing to the global, regional, and/or country-specific Compensation and Benefits policies and programs.

  • Keeping abreast about competitive trends in Compensation and Benefits, conduct thorough evaluations of alternatives, and provide insightful recommendations.

  • Offering expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters pertaining to Compensation & Benefits.

  • Independently manage initiatives related to compensation & benefits.

  • Collaborating seamlessly with teams across multiple countries within the region and the regional C&B hub.

  • Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in Compensation and Benefits.

  • Actively participate in regional and/or global projects as required.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Having 3-5 years of pertinent experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Having a background in consulting firms, with exposure to international environment would be highly advantageous

  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficient use of MS Excel.

  • Self-ownership and critical thinking are integral qualities for success in this role.

  • Having the ability to adapt to ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
