About the role

Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams, system configurations and OMM Manual, Drawing etc.

Role Responsibilities:

As a BMS Programmer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Must have relevant knowledge and experience in Building Management System (BMS)/IVU/WebCntl System

  • Design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC etc

  • Collaborate with Service/Project team to gather requirements and specification of BMS

  • Write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system

  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues.

  • Able to generate BMS Graphic, points mapping, programming, Testing and Commissioning etc.

  • Able to manage job site independently with minimum supervision.

  • Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams, system configurations and OMM Manual, Drawing etc.

  • Upgrade/Improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/IVU/Web Control system with the objective of reducing overall building energy consumption.

  • Attending site meeting, customer services complaint and other related activities for the assigned job site

  • Perform BMS monthly preventive and maintenance works, ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database etc.

  • Perform Weekly standby hotline duty, answer call and attend complaint at site.

  • To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment.

Requirements:

As a BMS Programmer minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Knowledge of BMS/IVU/Web Control System

  • Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, HRU etc.

  • Min 5 to 10 year experience with BMS / PLC / IBMS / HVAC

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to BMS technologies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information.
