This role will lead and deliver a consistent and distinctive brand that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.

This position reports into the Marketing Director – Rehydration and is based at Singapore.

What You Will Do

The Associate Marketing Manager, ORSL is responsible to deliver winning brand building plans to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise. You will develop and ensure the implementation of, consistent and aligned global comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles and roll out to rest of world through the deployment teams. You will develop the global brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs and bring the Kenvue Promise to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & connections excellence :

  • Ensure markets and region compliance to aligned brand strategy, and positioning

  • Rollout comms, content, playbooks to markets/clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global segment

  • Ensure adoption & execution of SOBG principles across markets

  • Support creation of HCP & Influencers strategy, playbook and executional framework, including regional congress, contact & sampling strategy

  • Create brand building activities as per 3 yr operating plan and support execution in market.

  • Measure, track, and report brand, category, and competitive performance as applicable

Innovation and portfolio excellence :

  • Support development of innovation pipeline as per stage gate governance & market prioritization

  • Ensure adoption of Portfolio Strategy, price, pack architecture, including any RGM, SPM regionally led actions

  • Co-ordinate any Master text Artwork amends through Veraciti, adhering to global design guidelines

  • Support Quality & compliance issues as they pertain to marketing, ensuring effective comms & mitigation plan with cross functional team

  • Regulatory / Advocacy Orgs, manage impact of changes in guidelines, ie, product remediation / required changes

  • Lead regional need state input for executive sales & operations planning, any supply chain opps/issues (ie, OOS, allocation management) & subsequent action plans

Partnering & retail excellence:

  • Ensure rollout and adherence to created category strategy and shopper toolkits

  • Drive key initiatives to meet perfect store metrics, with commercial capability team lead for region and segment

In addition, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with marketing budget management across all cost lines as well as contingency management

  • Consolidate total brand performance & insights for segment reviews, and external reporting.

  • Works in partnership with the region and/or local market leadership teams to ensure connectivity to the need state/brand plans

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field

  • 4-6 years of Progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability in the consumer health industry.

  • Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand role within a consumer health or consumer -packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.

  • Evidence of working on a brand with in-market promotions, activations, and meaningful sales.

  • Strong track record of success delivering results in the market.
