Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the movement of fan-blades and turbine discs on the shopfloor.

  • Coordinate the expediting and tracking of priority parts on the shopfloor.

  • Provide for and maintains the visual representations of production status.

  • Support the deployment of visual factory initiatives.

  • Engage in Continuous Improvement projects.

  • Promote Ergonomic and Personnel Protective Equipment awareness activities.

  • Participate in the planning of part movement on the shopfloor

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma with have a technical educational background.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.

  • Comfortable to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from various hierarchical levels and functional backgrounds.

  • Positive learning attitude and a creative mindset.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Open to the requirement of shift rotation when this is called upon.
