Lead the channel thinking of the Purina commercial team, taking responsibility for developing and implementing channel strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
Support Marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
Develop the Point of Purchase strategies and standards, incorporating the four POP Drivers
Shopper Ownership through route to market
Effectively oversee the distributor management of petcare channels within the Purina business stream
What will make you successful...
Category product knowledge within the petcare industry
3+ years commercial experience as demonstrated by channel or distributor management experience
Business managerial experience within trade marketing, marketing/sales or commercial functions. Preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
Demonstrated business planning & implementation skills (Project Management)
Financial implication and awareness (P&L statement, supply chain reports etc)
