[Sinai Coop Elevator is looking for a full-time Grain Handler/Elevator Worker/Feed Delivery Driver to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work for a local independent cooperative grain elevator that puts our customers and employees first. [Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:]{arial="" nova=""}]{arial="" nova=""}

  • Dump and load trucks and wagons
  • Operate grain dryer
  • Assist in daily grain handling
  • Assist in daily fertilizer handling
  • Deliver feed and pick up ingredients according to customer specifications
  • Inform management of feed delivery issues
  • Perform and document daily upkeep and preventive general maintenance of feed delivery trucks
  • Provide courteous customer service
  • Perform, coordinate, and document general maintenance as well as housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position that include but are not limited to long periods of standing, climbing stairs and ladders, working in confined spaces and from heights, working in adverse conditions, (heat, cold, dust, etc.) and able to lift/move up to 75 lbs. on occasion.
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently but being able to work with team members is critical.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Possess a Class A CDL or could obtain
  • Must pass MVR and pre-employment drug testing
  • Previous grain or farm experience is helpful but will train the right candidate.
