OLYMPIC PENINSULA PERSONNEL INC Office Assistant / Receptionist $21.00 to $23.00 an hour in Silverdale, Washington

Great local company is hiring a new Office assistant/Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the construction industry. This company is a growing, privately owned firm with a reputation for quality work on full-service asphalt projects throughout Kitsap, Mason and Jefferson Counties. We have close-knit and organized front office team that jumps in to help each other whenever needed. Our current superstar office staffwill be training her replacement in company processes and procedures, but soft skills such as phone manners, an eye for detail and organizational abilities must already be present. This is a full-time position  

 

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and direct callers as appropriate

Greet visitors

Type bid requests and bids

Assemble documentation packets

Communicate with customers via phone and email

Support admin team as needed

Maintain office supply inventory

 

Qualifications / Skills:

Master of multitasking

Eye for detail

Self-motivated

Excellent telephone skills

Strong written communication skills

Calm and professional

Customer focused

Organized

Solid computer abilities

Previous experience with Microsoft Office required QuickBooks software preferred

Positive attitude

Pay is between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour depending on experience
