General Dynamics Mission Systems Advanced Engineering Support Specialist in Silverdale, Washington
Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The primary focus of theis role wil be Customer Service to the Submarine Fleet located at Submarine Base Bangor. Daily tech support help as well as Alterations, Repair Procedures and Troubelshooting plans. Work can sometime be after hours and weekends depending on the needs of the customer. Knowledge of troubleshooting Philosophies, documentaion adn nuclear weapon saftery will be critical. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
