Lifematters Director of Multi-Site Operations Home Care in Silver Spring, Maryland

Director of Multi-site Operations

Lifematters is now hiring a Director of Flex Care. Our flex services offer care to clients who may not require full-shift visits. We partner with SNFs, AL and IL facilities across MD, DC, and VA and have satellite offices at each site that are staffed with nurses and caregivers.

It will be your responsibility to oversee this $10m operation and foster growth within existing facilities and new opportunities. Key responsibilities include;

  • Networking with key stakeholders at partnering facilities
  • Visiting each site weekly to monitor operations
  • Observing and reacting to revenue trends within each site
  • Providing updates about flex care at leadership meetings
  • Reinforcing and developing policies and procedures

This job requires an individual with strong leadership skills and creative problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will;

  • Have experience managing a multi-site operation
  • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Have experience in-home care, health care or a related field
