The new role - challenging and future-oriented.

  • Conducts in-circuit tests to verify the integrity and functionality of units in order to determine if the product meets the specifications and capabilities.

  • Analyzes test results to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential manufacturing issues.

  • Troubleshoots test failures and determines root causes of failures.

  • Collaborates with production and engineering teams to optimize test processes and improve test coverage.

  • Identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancement in the testing workflow.

  • Implements corrective actions and process improvements based on test findings and feedback.

  • Documents test procedures, specifications, and results in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Generates test reports summarizing findings, including pass/fail status, defect trends, and test coverage metrics.

  • Communicates test results and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

  • Problem solving using various Quality driven tools (8D, A3, 5Why, Ishikawa).

Qualifications - solid and relevant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or related field.

  • +3 years’ experience in Quality.

  • Knowledge on microcontrollers and its basics.

  • Proven experience in in-circuit testing and electronic test engineering.

  • Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit board design and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong communication skills; experience in an international working environment; ability to prioritize and problem-solve.

  • Fluent in English language.

  • Computer operating skills - MS Office.

  • Experience working with SAP - is an advantage.
