Product and Solution Security Expert

Together we will ensure that our modern electronics production in Sibiu / Romania becomes even more digital and safer. You will implement cyber security solutions in close collaboration with internal and external partners.

The role that you will play:

§ You act as the local contact point for cybersecurity in the development, implementation and all operational phases of assets such as software systems or factory processes.

§ You identify risks and vulnerabilities in information-processing assets at an early stage and derive mitigation measures.

§ You train and guide the plant's programmers to take security aspects into account in their applications and testing programs.

§ You will analyze existing applications and testing programs and, together with the programmers, develop measures to optimize them from a cybersecurity perspective.

§ The existing factory processes will also be checked by you and further developed by you with the respective process managers regarding cybersecurity aspects.

§ You exchange ideas with other international plants and IT partners and share yours with each other.

§ You support project teams in carrying out appropriate cybersecurity activities in development and Project management process and/or associated services in the factory.

§ The activities are related to IT, OT and/or product and solution security.

§ You specify and maintain the factory’s secure coding and secure design guidelines.

§ You develop and implement principles for safe manufacturing and support the development of one secure IT infrastructure for production.

§ Review of documents created during the development and construction process (e.g. results

§ of threat and risk analyses, requirements specifications, architecture and design, test specifications, User documentation) regarding the security of products and solutions.

What we would like from your side:

§ You have successfully completed your master's degree in software development.

§ You have many years of experience in software development and experience with software security.

§ You already have good experience and a confident handling of international standards such as IEC 62443 or ISO 27001

§ You have already been able to specialize in one of the two areas: architecture and design, secure Implementation, secure testing, secure project integration, secure manufacturing, secure services, cybersecurity Services, Cybersecurity Governance.

§ In addition, you already have experience in the activities of a cybersecurity expert and are familiar with the classic and agile requirements management, have experience in coordinating roles and have mastered it, between convey to project participants.

§ We would also be happy if you have already worked in a factory environment, ideally in electronics production.

§ English proficiency. Since the factory is located in Sibiu, Romania, Romanian language is a must.

§ You enjoy the agile way of working and can interact with local and international people.
