Sky King Fireworks Assistant Retail Store Manager in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania

Sky King Fireworks of Shrewsbury, PA  is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Store Manager. This position will provide crucial support with day to day business operations and aid in various areas of the  business such as sales & customer service, training seasonal staff, warehouse management & merchandising showroom.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service 

  • Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training and development of seasonal staff

  • Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business

  • Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.

  • Aid in processing shipments, unloading delivery trucks & warehouse inventory management 

  • Checkout customers & record cumulative daily sales numbers

  • Support and enforce all company policies procedures

  • All other duties assigned by management

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)

  • Working a minimum of 250-300 overtime hours annually (1.5x hourly rate) 

  • Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)

  • Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December

  • Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time

    Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage $18.00-$20.00 (Annual salary estimate with overtime- $40,000-$50,000)
