Commercial Refrigeration Repair Technician

Ultimate LLC is currently seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Repair Technicians to join our team for service projects in the Shreveport, LA area. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range: $25-28 per hour based on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and refrigerated display cases.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues.

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, motors, and thermostats.

  • Test refrigeration systems for leaks and make necessary repairs.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems).

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Repair Technician.

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment used in the industry.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to refrigeration.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
