TEKsystems Remediation Specialist in Shoreview, Minnesota
Description:
Large Banking Institution is looking for 2 Backfills consultants due to some fall off.
This group will be researching the accounts of any bank customers who were a part the banks complaints remediation. This team will be pulling the documents and signatures associated with any account (banking products) that the customer has and will support the Claims Representatives in the remediation of those accounts.
Responsibilities:
-Responds to and researches and resolves escalated inquiries and complaints requiring special handling.
-Performs intake to determine appropriate course of action, conducting investigative steps to fully identify the issues, researching product information, terms,
conditions, contracts, etc., creating correspondence as needed, processing complex and/or corrective transactions on-line (including monetary and non-monetary
actions).
Anne Ruisenor is taking on some additional matters/issues with the bank and ramping up! Could really use 2 bilingual Spanish candidates to help out with the Spanish communication coming in through their third party complaints. All communication from customers would be via written. These are not calls.
Research and Analysis. No customer Contact, working with system of record, multiple databases. Production based. Volumes up 100s and not around the normal 30 per day.
Third party vendor takes the complaint, then same day or 24 hours we need to respond, take the complaint, review, search for duplicates, maybe multiple complaints from the same customer, might need to refer out to a different group.
1 will go to the Intake team, reviewing the complaints and then submitting to the appropriate case workers.
1 will go to reviewing settlements, payment processing.

Must Haves:
3+ years' experience in Financial Services analytical role (research, underwriting, compliance, complaints, quality assurance etc.)
