Responsibilities

Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a part-time IT Support Technician to work at our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility. Occasional assistance with our outpatient offices in Carlise and Chambersburg is also required. Hours are flexible, mostly Monday - Friday day shift with evening/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner- Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve IT issues- Document IT processes and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, with two- (2) years prior hospital data processing experience as a System Operator.- Proven experience in IT support or a related field- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems- Familiarity with mobile devices and their operating systems- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network administration- Experience with Windows Server administration is a plus- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or as part of a team
