We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team at our RV dealership. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will primarily be working on your own in a building dedicated to painting on our property. Most repairs are not from collision. Most of our repairs are due to peeling, flaking, or faded panels and areas. Ability to paint an entire vehicle if needed is a plus. Must be honest and self motivated as you would be in charge of estimates, ordering materials, and keeping a schedule.

*Duties:*

  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed in the repair process.

  • Fabricate and weld parts to repair vehicle damage.

  • Solder and perform auto estimating for repair costs.

  • Use hand tools for precision work in repairing vehicle bodies.

  • Conduct auto painting to match vehicle colors and finishes.

  • Operate power tools for efficient repairs.

*Qualifications:*

  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.

  • Proficiency in welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques.

  • Ability to repair fiberglass.

  • Ability to estimate auto repair costs accurately.

  • Skilled in using hand tools for precise work.

  • Experience with auto painting techniques is a plus.

  • Familiarity with power tools used in auto body repair.
