Key job responsibilities

• Provide APB leadership support by publishing timely financial reporting, appendices and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Pillar reviews, and Operational Planning docs

• Create meaningful reporting and analysis structure that will drive business improvements and help measure and identify Cost-out-Initiatives

• Recommend, develop and implement financial controllership tools to guide our business partners in achieving our growth and profitability goals

• Work with partner teams including category finance to deliver continuous improvements to worldwide planning and reporting processes

• Partner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics

• Translate multi-year financial plans into KPIs, reporting tools, and goals which can be used to diagnose trends and support business decisions

• Develop and drive roadmap of process improvements to improve accuracy and automate manual work

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

  • MBA, or CPA

  • Knowledge of Tableau
