Description

Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join its China team, focusing on CN sellers' business to marketplaces. The objective of this role is to give facilitation to CN sellers to help them quickly onboard new marketplaces, by offering them necessary business guidance and removing potential barriers for them.You will also be responsible to ensure our Sellers to adopt our internal tools, related to logistics, traffic driving, business report analysis etc., to better grow their business with us, and provide the best possible experiences to our end customers.

You are anticipated to participate in/or lead initiatives/projects with cross function teams to improve both internal teams' efficiencies and external Customer and Seller experiences, such as seller quality, seller onboarding and delivery experiences etc. And you are also expected to handle key strategic accounts and famous brands which tend to have much more business complexities than normal sellers.

Basic Qualifications

  • • Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历

  • • Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles (Over 3 years) 有客户管理,产品营销或管理顾问领域相关工作经验(三年以上)

  • • Experience on independently analyzing & solving problems 较强的独立分析问题,解决问题的能力

  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 较强的英文读写能力

  • • Ability to work with strategic sellers and famous brands 有运作战略客户和著名品牌的能力

  • • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams 拥有在复杂、快速发展的环境内按照工作轻重缓急来安排工作的能力并拥有跨团队工作能力

  • • Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility 有发起,领导并推动主要职责之外的项目能力

  • • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) 熟练使用Office办公软件

Preferred Qualifications
