Google Growth Manager, App Developer Sales (Mandarin, English) in Shenzhen, China

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in the advertising sales, gaming, or mobile apps industry.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently, to support local clients and partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive- level stakeholders.

  • Experience handling customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.

  • Experience with mobile apps and digital advertising.

  • Experience working with the mobile industry.

  • Knowledge of Google app solutions.

  • Ability to learn fast with high self motivation and team spirit.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of App install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.

  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network, and YouTube.
