Location: Shenzhen, China

We’re now looking for good candidate with strong background in supply planning management.

GNA Supply Chain Manager are responsible to ensure Jabra products supply availability and sustainability to meet with our VMI replenishment plan, together with global postponement center warehouse inventory management.

The position requires strong capability of data analysis to work on long term and short-term forecast demand, to review local hub inventory status, and to work with GNA EMS/ODM suppliers on future production and shipment plan.

Also, a strong background and knowledge to work with GNA New Product Development project team on NPI stage ramp up production scheduling.

To work as escalation point for regional planners for any urgent customer orders or supply issue, supporting sales on pulling in supplies to achieve revenue target. Also, to support managers on program improving supply chain process.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

VMI replenishment plan based on regional demand analysis

  • Define the demand based on short-term and long-term sales forecast

  • Proactively management to lead production and material planning with EMS suppliers

NPI planning

  • To work with project team together with manufacture working out ramp up plan

  • Coordinating on production and scheduling to hit target for FCS date

Product availability for whole product life cycle

  • Product supply management through products life cycle from NPI to EOL

Detailed capacity and manpower monitoring

  • T1 assembly capacity monitoring

  • T2 tools capacity monitoring

Inventory control and monitor

  • To maintain right min/max level with owned products in VMI

  • To maintain a healthy inventory turnover as KPI target

  • To balance inventory at regional postponement center hub

  • Monitoring, also work with regional planner the depletion plan on VMI/ regional aging inventory A strong Global Supply Planning Manager, we imagine the following sounds like you:

  • 7+ years of relevant planning experience with electronic consumer products.

  • NPI planning experience

  • Strong data analysis capability

  • Knowledge on Qlik View, Kinaxis/ Rapid response is preferred

  • Good skills on Microsoft Office

  • Good skills on ERP system e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamic AX

  • Detailed oriented with capabilities of both coping with bottom-up constrained planning as well as top-down requirements and scenario building.

  • High capability of driving and deliver results

  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
