The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon is growing its Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, and we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager of Paid Education program, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building new business strategies from the ground up. Key job responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of the Paid Education program through cross-functional collaboration, including but not limited to the marketing, sales, and account management teams.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities by crafting effective business models, exploring new sales channels, initiating business partnerships and managing agencies.

• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to clients’ needs; Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business impacts.

• Develop sales forecasts, manage/maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide detailed/insightful reports on sales performance, and offer actionable recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully cultivating strategic relationships with enterprises, customers, partners, and brand owners. Adaptable to a fast-paced, multitasking, and dynamic environment.

  • Proven team player skilled at cross-functional collaboration, showcasing teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or Business Development experience in ecommerce or technology sector.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and the ability to craft strategies informed by data analysis and market insights.

  • Proficient in project prioritization and multi-task management.
