Philips Product Management Lead, CT/AMI China in Shenyang, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support Philips CT/AMI Aspiration and Strategy through leading the Local portfolio (developed internally or with partners), driving China L4L (local for local) business, contributing and providing requirements to Global Product management.

Your role:

·Translate potential opportunity areas based on customer insights, target audience needs analysis, competitor insights, and health tech trends into R&D roadmap requirements for China L4L

·Manage a cohesive Portfolio of Propositions of those developed at our China Innovation Centers (L4L and L4G (local for global))

  • Defines claims, content and engagement plans for the value propositions across business to capture maximum economic value.

  • Integrate L4L propositions into the global PD (Precision Diagnosis) portfolio

·Oversee Go-to-Market roadmap and innovation.

·Build a Chinese image to blend seamlessly, while becoming a distinguished brand (local and premium) firmly embedded in the local ecosystems, boosting collaboration with government agencies.

·Ensuring that our product plans are integrated with planning of other disciplines, like Development and Manufacturing.

·Lifecycle management and market readiness as part of our development cycle. Ensuring completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)

·Setting up a close and effective collaboration with your colleagues globally working in different departments, functions, and businesses.

·Support local regulatory approvals & product registration

You're the right fit if:

  • Business background (MBA preferred) or engineering / marketing background

  • Proven business leader with 10+ years of experience in international business/marketing roles, including P&L responsibilities, R&D/Product Management and customer facing roles.

  • Experience in Healthcare/Medical Device sector is highly preferred - clear understanding of platforms, clinical practice, delivery operations, new product introduction, pricing, and product lifecycles.

  • Proven ability with global stakeholder management (Business, Cluster, local Market) in complex matrix organizations, having the natural gravitas to influence the global organizations

  • Balances the strategic view with operational tasks to get things done

  • Deep understanding of China market, china healthcare landscape and analysis of local customer needs (background in China hospital is a plus)

  • Financial savvy (P&L, business case creation)

  • Confident and Resilient

  • Fluent in English and China language
