Location: Remote, USA

Pay Range: $18-$20
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate consistent backend support to recruiters, business unit manager, and marketing lead.
Utilize recruiting tools such as: social media; job boards (CareerBuilder, ClearanceJob, Monster, etc.); company website; company database and other sources to find top talent.
Post, and maintain, job postings on the various recruiting tools.
Use “outside the box” sourcing techniques to find candidates for “hard to fill” and reoccurring roles.
Document in applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or 2 years’ of relevant experience in technical sourcing preferred
Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to swiftly build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Goal orientated.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Agency experience a plus .
