Accompany client to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social activities.

HOMEMAKER - Companion:Provide companionship, conversation and involvement with clients in leisure and social activities.Provide client transportation to appointments and community activities. Assist with personal hygiene, safety, walking, toileting, dressing, through supervision and guidance of the individual. Provide meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prep and clean-up. Light household chores.
