If so, this position is that next step!!An expanding Machine and Tool Company is looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to join their team. The Quality Control Lead is responsible for verifying that manufactured parts, incoming material, and outside services comply with the customer specifications using control methods and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the machine shop.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.
  • Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other shop team members to ensure they perform their duties according to established quality procedures.
  • Identify customer quality metrics and ensure they are being met by established quality standards.
  • Monitor product development processes and product specifications to identify need for improvement or upgrades.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma,GEDor equivalent required. Associates degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience inCNCManufacturing.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy to product precision work.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
