Job Description

Menards Distribution Center Maintenance Department is looking for ambitious, hard working full and part time team members for first, and shift to work in our Maintenance Department . Jobs duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preventative Maintenance

  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair

  • AC and DC electrical testing

  • Schematic and ladder diagram reading

  • Welding and metal fabrication

  • Servicing conveyor systems

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age or older

  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug test as part of Menards Drug Free Workplace Policy

  • Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not required: Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical and Electronic servicing or any related mechanical field. We also offer hands-on training.

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
