JOB REQUIREMENTS: Customer Business Planning Specialist - 51001 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: In this Customer Business Planning Specialist position, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of the Sales and Marketing team through structured reporting, analytics and management of Johnsonville\'s Customer Business Planning (CBP) Trade Promotion Management System. You will have a cross-functional role that will impact Sales, Marketing, Finance and the Commercial Planning teams. Responsibilities: Trade Strategy and Pricing * Assist in evaluating promotional plans for alignment to sales strategy top line and bottom line through efficient resource management and allocation of funding * Collaborate cross-functionally to develop recommendations for promotional investments * Support Revenue Growth Management Specialists as needed Business Analytics * Utilize syndicated providers/data to track performance and compliance with promotional plans and key performance metrics * Identify necessary changes to promotional plan volumes via consumption trends to increase trade system accuracy * Identify efficient and inefficient trade spending events and accounts; maintain a library of past promo events * Support Sales in Integrated Business Planning / ROC analysis as required Systems & Reporting * Explore future pipeline of technology and actionable tools that provide a single source of truth, support for trade investments * Develop and manage reporting on account trade promotion strategies and execution * Monitor pricing execution against strategy and identify optimal thresholds and gaps; correct pricing errors in the pricing system. * Compare in market activity to validate promotional plan performance and timing (activity mapped to key promo periods) * Advise on promotional plan modifications based upon past performance * Benchmark internal and external best practices to identify and implement continuous process improvement/effectiveness initiatives * Facilitate with Sales Leadership and IT on reporting requirements and needs * Participate and manage in the Robotic Process Automation bot process * Conduct annual and ad hoc system administration tasks to ensure system integrity and accuracy * Develop training documentation and communication of system enhancements * Develop Excel based tools to facilitate post promotion analysis, annual planning and scenario planning * Develop and manage annual customer planning files Location: Global Headquarters, Sheboygan Falls, WI (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee) Coach: Revenue Growth Manager (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
