JOB REQUIREMENTS: Primary Responsibilities: Deliver quality services, on-site and in the community, in a way that most benefits the client and their team, while working toward established recovery plan goals. Other Responsibilities: Provide Safety for children at all times. Prioritize building Trust with all children by allowing Choice (client-led action steps), Collaborating with, and Empowering children in our care. Provide consistent, effective communication, as required (includes clients, client families and teams, referral sources and outside collaborators) Transportation of clients, as required. Provide Unconditional Positive Regard for all children at all times to deliver compassion. Empathize with children\'s situations effectively and help them work through difficulties by learning and applying the foundational skills of Motivational Interviewing understand client needs and issues \| give and receive feedback operate in a positive, dynamic, trauma-informed learning environment. Maintain a safe play environment. Communicate with children\'s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues. Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered. Support children\'s emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet habits. Identify signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring them to parents\' or guardians\' attention. Organize and participate in recreational activities and outings, such as games and field trips.
